I'm delighted to announce that I've started an Academy Coaching role at an EFL Academy.

This is my 2nd Academy role and I'm excited to be back coaching again on a regular basis.

Throughout the FM26 series we have talked and improved it and it's at a incredible level.

In the video today I show the latest version of it where he's now added player comparison sections to the spreadsheet in addition to a player profiles section and a "Player similarity" Section all of which is league adjusted to it factors in a player's statistical performance in relation to the standard of football they are playing at.

This has been so much fun to do I'm really enjoying it.

It’s not a one off either he’s scored 20+ goals in each of the last 3 seasons.

@Boydieboyd @MorningVahl @MattFitz94 He is undervalued and under appreciated. Our model says he’s worth £75M and his actual valuation by his club is £3.4M and what I buy him for. He’s undervalued.

He’s outperformed the goals he’s expected to score and done it for multiple years showing its sustainable for him.

@bafcjames2 Matt said he uses excel for Mac but he’s created an app that I think he’s going to use going forwards.

The next transfer window I record I’ll try it out and see if that works and if it does I’ll see if he wants to share that or if he needs to test it out more!

I asked Matt about this before, he said it might not work properly but that he uses a Mac and it works fine for him if that’s your reasoning ?

I’ll ask him what he specifically uses on his Mac but it’s not Google sheets

In today's video we have our FIRST Player Attribute reveal of the Moneyball series in FM26

We don't use player attributes for players that we sign for the club (Stats Only).

Once they've been sold and 3 seasons have gone by however, we go back and take a look at the players we recruited using Matt Fitzpatrick's ( @MattFitz94 ) fantastic Moneyball Spreadsheet.

Exports the data using the filters, inputs, processes and then provides all the info.
