I started this for me but I'd love for more people to read it and relate. I think it comes as close as possible to explaining #anxiety if you've never experienced it.
Trying to explain anxiety to someone who hasn't experienced it is tough.
This takes 5 mins to read so read it then try to read it again in 1 minute and see if it makes sense. @hollymatthews@poppygibsonuk please share as I think it will help. x
@Lisychka2 Hi. Not yet but I think when all the shock disappears and I process the news properly then I really think it will. After such a long wait, it's taking a while to sink in.
