産休入って約1週間。先週は引っ越しとかあってバタバタしてたから時間の経過が早かったから良かったけどこれから長いなぁ。出かけるって言っても1人で🚘運転するのもそろそろ怖くなってきたから結局家にいるか散歩行くくらいしか出来ない...ツラい。

1ヶ月半朝ご飯プロテインorヨーグルト、昼ごはんは合計250kcal程度の蕎麦と鶏肉、夜ご飯は抜くか豆腐とか(先週から過食に走っているが)を続けてて、朝昼食べるもののバリエーション増やしたら過食欲もおさまると信じたいのに怖くて変えられない
