NVIDIA has announced RTX Spark, a new chip for Windows PCs that combines the CPU, RTX graphics, AI hardware, and memory into a single package.
The company says RTX Spark can run modern games at 1440p and over 100 FPS in thin and lightweight laptops.
>It is an ARM-based chip that combines a GPU with performance similar to the RTX 5070.
>The processor includes a 20-core Grace CPU and 128 GB of unified memory.
>It delivers strong gaming performance, offering around 100 FPS at 1440p in modern titles like 007 First Light and Forza Horizon 6.
>The chip maintains good performance even on battery power in Windows laptops.
>It also features advanced AI capabilities.
>The RTX Spark is designed for both laptops and desktops.
>It is scheduled to launch in Fall 2026 as a joint effort between NVIDIA and Microsoft.
Took what I thought was the lesser of two evils today in terms of software updates. Switch Version 20.0 or Android 15. I chose Android 15 for my Galaxy S24+ and so far so good, but these changes to the alarm widgets are awful.
@dionelr The marketing goes crazy out there. I regularly deal with people who think their laptop is old because it's 2 years or so. Not a lot of 'Buy It For Lifer's' in the electronics world, heh.
I finally had the time to build an AMD PC I've been meaning to build (with filming) to allow me to have an entirely separate workspace for my PC Repairs. I've got a sick Alienware laptop I want to bring back to life!
I purposefully set up my new studio so I wouldn't have to mess with constantly changing my lighting and camera positions.
Guess what I spent most of the day doing today?
"Stop Killing Games!"
"We need to get corporations to stop killing games!"
Gamers Kill Games by empowering companies to keep being anti-consumer.
If you really wanted to "Stop Killing Games," you'd hold companies AND GAMERS accountable for bad behavior.
Stop Buying Digital.
PlayStation support has confirmed that a new digital rights management policy for the console is intentional, not a glitch.
Starting with any digital games purchased after the March 2026 system update, your PS5 will require an internet connection at least once every 30 days to validate the license.
If the console stays offline longer than that, the games simply will not launch until you reconnect.
This change does not affect any titles already in your library. Setting a console as your primary system also will not bypass the monthly check-in.
Being in Adobe Premiere and accidentally dragging one workspace somewhere and having it completely obliterate everything in the UI is definitely my favorite thing. For future reference - ALT + SHIFT + 0 reset it to what I am comfy with.
@YouTubeCreators That's the goal! I look back to where I was a year ago, and I may not be exactly where I planned on being, but I'm closer than I was, and building momentum for the future.
I've spoken a lot about the importance of a high quality PSU from a reputable brand and how you should never cheap out on a PSU. ASUS further proves their value.

I am pretty sure I have now played my Switch 2 more in the first 2 weeks vs the entirety of my PS5 since buying it in early 2022.
To be fair that is also because God Of War Ragnarok has 0 replayability because..who is going to play as Boy again and pick fruit?
