@alexinlaw Going over EEA 2016 and guidance notes everything says exercising TR before specified date which for us is true but I can’t find mention of 3 months before needed. Others refused FP for this but we were accepted? Thinking if this will be an issue with PSS?

@alexinlaw That’s a good idea thank you. I don’t know if you will know this or not but do you have to be exercising treaty rights for at least 3 months before the end of TP? We resided in Ireland for more than 3 months before but exercising TR in total for 10 months but only 7 weeks b4 TP?

@alexinlaw Thanks for coming back to me. Unfortunately, my MP was also hit with a brick wall and unable to gather any additional info in terms of an update. I spoke to the EUSS RC multiple times and they actually said MP assistance would not help in our case due to GDPR
