@Laki_lib@ZoomerIsland Again, the NAP is NOT ethics, the NAP is a SUBSET of ethics. It prohibits things that are unethical, but it doesn't prohibit EVERYTHING that is unethical nor is it a code of ethics. It is a legal code born of ethics.
@Laki_lib@ZoomerIsland The NAP is a legal code that explains A PART of morality, not all of it. An act can be permitted under the NAP and still be immoral, for example, cheating in a friendly match of cards is not a crime as the match was not competitive, but it is still an immoral action.
@Provokethoughtz I survive without my parents. A 1 year old baby wouldn't, therefore, the baby is not a human.
Do you see how fucking stupid this argument is?
@iheilhoppe In ancapistan, pretending to be a """femcel""" while not having a bodycount of 0 will be considered a grave violation of the NAP with consequent physical removal.
@Alexii2304@iheilhoppe It's natural because it's based on objective ethics, natural doesn't refer to a natural law of physics. It's called like this because it is based on the conclusion of how law, as a subset of objective natural ethics, ought to be.
@Alexii2304@iheilhoppe Why wishful? Like any legal system, it requires people to follow it and punish those who misbehave. People simply argue that this is the CORRECT and NATURAL legal system, hence why it's called natural law. As for how to enforce it, that's another matter.
