A company known as “Rational Point” boasts of having partnered with Vigilant to intercept 61 #drones. The FCC fine is up to $16,000 for each jammer use, and as much as $112,500 for a single use (in addition to equipment seizure and possible imprisonment). @MiamiPD @FCC @FAANews.

The “Qualifications” requirement for membership ignores entirely the consideration of those who actually fly #drones, and is therefore utter bullshit. How about trying to be considered under the “rare circumstances” provision, which should not be “rare” at all. (SMH)
