Liddie the Border Collie had been missing for 21 days, but Kristin never lost hope of finding her.

For three agonising weeks, Kirstin Kapp’s sweet dog Liddie was missing, leaving a hole in her heart she couldn’t fill. “A part of me is missing and there’s nothing I can do about it. I love you so much, my sweet girl. Please come home,” Kapp shared during that time.

Then Kirstin was called to the veterinary clinic to see if the Dog they had found was Liddie.

He came armed, he came prepared, and he thought he had the upper hand. He was wrong. In South Africa's Kruger National Park, a poacher tracking a vulnerable White Rhino calf met the one force on the planet he didn't see coming ~ and the moment has gone completely viral.

Before he could raise his high-caliber rifle, the calf's mother was already moving. All 4,000 pounds of her.

The massive Rhinoceros launched a full-velocity charge, running the armed intruder down and trampling him before he had a single second to react. Anti-poaching rangers who uncovered the scene found exactly what the internet is now calling a textbook case of wildlife retaliation ~ and nobody quite knows how to feel about that.

Well, that's not entirely true. Millions of people know exactly how they feel.

The footage and the story have sparked fierce debate online, with millions calling it a flawless act of self-defense by mother nature herself. On one side, people are cheering. On the other, the conversation gets complicated fast. But here's the thing nobody can argue with ~ that mother did what any mother would do. She protected her baby.

Zoo taken to court over claims three South African Elephants are depressed.

'They are sad, depressed and frustrated. They are listless and stand around'.

Animal welfare groups claim the elephants, named Lammie, Ramadiba and Mopane, live in an enclosure not much bigger than a soccer field.

An unusual legal battle is unfolding in South Africa concerning the mental well-being of three Elephants housed in a zoo.

Animal welfare groups say the three animals are depressed and are advocating for their relocation to a larger conservation park where they can be happy.
