@lloydgprice Maybe the local HSCN or other common network entities. As more Trusts more towards a shared domain strategy, this single point of failure will become more visible when it happens. Was interested to see if this might be the case here, but nope.

@InductionZesty has been enabling paperless at a number of Trusts for a while now, working with the big suppliers. There seem to be unique hurdles at different sites, but nothing that's stumped us ๐
