The PEGI 7 rating doesn’t have provisional, sure, but also raiders doesn’t appear on the PEGI website so….. iunno
Personally I doubt the game will release this year, and don’t want it to either. Let them devs cook

This is not true, the trailer says “rating pending to E10+” which does Not mean the game was rated, only that its expected to be E10+ but not rated yet
