2.“What do you complain about that you could fix?”
3.“What did you spend money on this month that frustrated you?”
4.“What skill do you have that others struggle with?”
5.“What problem did you solve for yourself recently?”
After each answer, show me EXACTLY how to turn it into a business:

THE OPPORTUNITY:
•Who desperately needs this (specific target customer)
•How much they’re already paying for worse solutions
•Your unique angle that makes you the perfect person

THE LAUNCH PLAN:
•MVP you can launch this weekend
•Where to find your first 10 customers
•Exact pricing based on market data
