I don’t know about you…
But I’m 10x more likely to give money to a beggar who’s just sitting down with his cup…
Than to someone who comes up to me and asks me for money.
There’s a lesson here.
The moment people feel you’re trying to get something from them…
They instinctively pull away.
Money.
Sales.
Dating.
90-day challenges are so great.
Not because they’re magical.
But because they give you a huge boost toward becoming someone different.
Start simple.
Pick 2–3 non-negotiables every day.
You got this.
For testosterone…
Cholesterol + micronutrients > protein.
Without testosterone…
You can eat all the protein in the world.
You still won’t look jacked.
Why you’re not achieving your goals:
You’re not attaching enough emotion to them.
The more mental tricks you can engineer to anchor a goal to a feeling…
The more likely you are to achieve it.
This is what transforms a want into a need.
What would you do to guarantee failure?
This is why looking for what’s wrong is often a better strategy than looking for what’s right.
As humans, we’re programmed to find threats.
So find them.
Flip them.
And you’ll usually find the right path.
Mistakes are easy to fix.
Not taking a shot is not.
Every mistake means you moved.
The mistakes, you’ll find and fix.
But if you never take a shot, there’s nothing to fix.
And that’s how most people spend their lives.
Have a not-to-do list.
Here’s mine:
—Don’t eat solid food or open Instagram before 12PM.
—Don’t watch TV shows or YouTube before 6PM.
—Don’t eat after 5PM.
Pay attention to what hurts your ego.
Rejection.
Criticism.
Jealousy.
The things that still control you are usually the things you need to transform.
That’s how you figure out who you need to become.
You can go from extremely fat to extremely fit.
You can go from super poor to super rich.
You can go from a lonely loser to the guy with the beautiful girlfriend.
But you probably can’t do all 3 at the same time.
Humans are built for intensity.
Not complexity.
