@OptimumHelp called bc website says 5gig fiber available at my house, nobody could help me. Tried to order online which got cancelled because I already have 1gig. Called retention to cancel my service and they put an order in to downgrade me to 500meg at a higher price. HELP!

@1fairInternet @OCG_Fiber @news_shocking @ChrisKauter Pretty sure that’s what everyone said about FiOS and their speeds above 100meg not that long ago. Just because few people need it NOW is not an excuse to not build infrastructure for the future and bravo for anyone who is up to the challenge of providing multi-gig service.
