Ernest Hemingway described Paris as “a moveable feast”. As one part of the city is burning from protests about school standards, dachshunds are strutting in full pomp and pageantry in another part.
A real sausage party! The annual Sausage Walk took place in Paris — a dachshund walk along the Champs-Élysées
Hundreds of dogs walked 1.4 kilometers in colorful costumes, from Parisians in berets and striped shirts to cowboys.
The event has been held since 2018 and brings together dachshund owners from all over Europe.

Listening to a BBC program on how plastic wastes are being converted to school desks in Ghana, and something notable was how the three Ghanaians interviewed pronounced the word, ‘desks’. It was pronounced in two syllables: 𝘥𝘦𝘴𝘬𝘦𝘴. 😩
You cannot rank the best TV shows in the 21st century without courting controversy (for both inclusions and omissions), but how do you not have Derry Girls among the top 100? Do better, New York Times!

Ben Shelton gave his fans false hope by winning that third set. Americans will have to wait few more years before one of their own wins the U.S. Open again.
