@teslayoda Doubt it - the robotaxi Ys were not normal Ys. They had camera wipers.
If someone read this and post "yeah, Tesla sold me a model Y with a camera wiper", well, I would be wrong.
@BenjaminDEKR They probably can’t. Getting FSD on the cybertruck took close a year and a half, and the cybertruck people were designing the truck to be FSD friendly from day 1.
Some third party company? See ya in a decade.
@woke8yearold Eh, the point of abundance is that you can afford to pay off a lot of people.
If you replace a low rise building in Manhattan with a high rise, there is a lot of value here to pay off people. Unions, rent controlled people that previously lived in the low rise, etc.
@Gfilche@Tesla@robotaxi Assuming they worked out drive by wire (which they probably did), they can just have literal USB steering wheels from Logitech if push comes to shove.
So I wouldn’t be too concerned.
@BarneyFlames Common law does kinda work that way, no? This is why everyone is supposed to come to the court citing precedents of how the court used to rule, and it is informally binding on the current court.
