@WillChiarucci The liability here is astronomical. I don't see any way they don't have to disassemble everything above the failure. It's a nightmare. Probably the entire building is unsafe. Then you have denial of usage to the nearby buildings. The street would have to be closed for 6 months.
@WillChiarucci You have to believe it was something triggered by the renovation but that doesn't mean it was a non-union crew at fault. May have been a big mistake by the lead architect or engineering contractor.
