I just saw a video on ig of an inmate getting jumped by other inmates in RIKERS ISLAND . The video is SURVEILLANCE. Nobody stopped it. SHUT IT DOWN. Why nobody stopped it? I pray for Ralief safety everyday. Free my husband #TheFProject
