The Powassan Voodoos have named defenceman Jackson Smith the Voodoos new captain for the upcoming 2024-24 season.

Smith, a 20-year-old Calgary product joined the Voodoos in early 2024 after starting the season with the Camrose Kodiaks of the AJHL.
