If he’s signing up for Liverpool, then there was zero chance NUFC would get him, even if Howe was let go.

The online base that is so adamantly Howe out needs to take a deep breath and accept he’s here. Best thing for this club’s future is to get behind the team, see who they bring in, and hope Howe has a magnificent season

I don’t think they “missed the boat” last year. They tried to fish in the deep end and missed on a number of targets as a result of trying to compete for players with the “big” clubs. Then had to panic buy when all their top targets went elsewhere.

Hard lesson they learned about where NUFC still are in the pecking order.
