Doctor Who The Reality War. The series finale.
Or The Final Nail as we are calling it.
An hour and ten minutes of my life I won’t be getting back.
Thank you to RTD and all involved for wrecking a once loved TV show.
Oh and he does regenerate at the end - into Billie Piper…FFS!

@carlprechezer Blue Juice is one of our favourite British films (rewatch it every summer). As the 30th anniversary is fast approaching is there any chance of a remastered rerelease on Blu-ray? Or even a soundtrack and score release? Or preferably both?!
With a heavy heart, I tell you that my father, Donald Sutherland, has passed away. I personally think one of the most important actors in the history of film. Never daunted by a role, good, bad or ugly. He loved what he did and did what he loved, and one can never ask for more than that. A life well lived.
@danny_robins we’ve been relistening to the Haunted podcasts. We were wondering if you’d ever thought about revisiting some of these cases for @uncannypodlive?
Of course he has. Why would he be coming back after bi-generating? 🤔
This has clearly left the door open for Tennant’s 14th (and possibly even the other Doctors).
Your newly regenerated post-episode fix is here! Join @itsNadiaJae, @ShabazSays and a host of guests for the Official #DoctorWho Podcast every week ❤️❤️➕🎙️
50th anniversaries throughout this year for the Wombles. This weekend is 50 years since ABBA won Eurovision in Brighton. Here I am, as Orinoco, presenting Katie Boyle with a rose after the Wombles’ interval act. Anything for a plug! 🥳
In this month’s Toyah At Home Toyah’s looking ahead to the summer gigs as Mr Fripp is delving into her back catalogue for the first time for set list inspiration + a stunning performance of War Boys https://t.co/ILa011Vfk8
@TalkingPicsTV@MikeReadUK You’re welcome. We wonder if the Jacks that Noel spoke about are the pick up sticks that were made in the 50s/60s. They were also called Jacks sticks or straws.
1/2 @TalkingPicsTV@MikeReadUK the plastic strips (that were plaited together) Noel Cronin mentioned in this week’s Footage Detectives are called Scoubidou. Named after the 1958 Sacha Distel song, they originated in France. The craze made a comeback in the late 90s/early 2000s.
2/2 @TalkingPicsTV@MikeReadUK I remember the children in my class in the 90s using a tubular pvc thread version rather than the flat ones used in the 50s. Key chains, friendship bands were the most commonly woven items. We love the channel and the show. Keep up the great work.
@absoluteradio@benburrell can you please play @radiohead’s Paranoid Android, which was the lead single from 1997’s OK Computer album. Haven’t heard it on the radio in yonks!
I am happy to announce that the Red Dwarf LEGO Idea instructions are once again available for download!

@TalkingPicsTV@MikeReadUK Magical Mystery Tour was filmed at RAF West Malling, a decommissioned military airfield in Kent. Many of the interior scenes, such as the ballroom sequence for "Your Mother Should Know", were filmed in the disused aircraft hangars.
