@LZats Any time something seems a little off with one of my cats I'm always the one to say "oh cats are weird, I'm sure it's nothing" and then like clockwork 30 seconds later start obsessively googling and panicking.
@Wendolyn_Writes My husband doesn't read fiction either. He'd read my stuff if I asked but it's not super helpful from a feedback perspective since he has nothing to compare to.
@bredalot I randomly added bruschetta with avocado to my rotation. Once you make a nice batch of tomato/onion/basil/balsalmic it's pretty easy to throw together lunch for a few days.
@Penchant4Words We used to tell a story about a girl hiding under a blanket watching a scary movie and her dog was licking her hand. She ends up realizing her dog and all her friends are dead and it was the killer licking her hand.
@MamalehC Start by researching children's literary agents (https://t.co/fqRDBiQdaO let's you search for agents by genre they rep). Then go to the agency's website for more info, it will tell you if they accept just the manuscript or if they only accept with illustrations.
@anne_theriault I never had any sort of skin issues, then I stared getting little eczema circles during a particular stressful time period several years ago. I get a few spots every winter now, though not nearly as many as the first time.
@VillimeyS I've ridden on a lot of trains, but my spouse refuses to fly so if I want to travel... I've mostly ridden on Amtrak routes but also some local train routes that are shorter distance.
@remembrancermx I was going to reccomend Jesus Camp too. My husband was also raised Christian but like...not how I was. He was flabbergasted after watching that documentary to hear that my childhood was exactly like that.
@ZREllor I haven't gotten to the point of skipping that episode, but I definitely spend more time looking at my phone. It feels worse every time I rewatch the series.
@Wendolyn_Writes I've always considered July the start of the "Halloween season." Usually to start planning my Halloween/fall activities, but this year certainly seems to warrant expanded enjoyment.
@MizHaley I've been married 10 years. My parents had an unhappy marriage and horrific divorce, so I spent a lot of yrs wondering when my marriage would become "hard." Instead I have found that life is often hard but we have always been a team, so marriage has made it all easier.
