@zomatocare The delivery guy said that he delivered the order the gate was locked etc so he put it on a table outside my gate. But I haven't received it. There is not table outside my gate and I was in my house at the time of delivery, no one rang the bell or called me.

After dropping the mail, the reply was fast that I have to agree but the resolution? They are saying that on contacting the delivery person, he said the same thing as I have mentioned above and due to that they are not able to provide any further support. 3/n

Just had the most infuriating experience with @cromaretail, especially the #CromaSarjapur branch. Bought a Samsung TV, got a defective piece, took them 2 days for a replacement. The replacement? Yep, also defective. Promised inspections, but no one shows up! 🤬 #CustomerService
