Kathleen Rhoden. Just someone who wants to follow Jesus, delve into scriptures, and figure out what He wants of me. Oh and stand for Truth. This is my journey.
Let’s all be praying for @jordanbpeterson .. He is such an insightful and wonderful man and we miss hearing his very important voice.
His daughter Mikhaila just posted this update…
Doctors have finally diagnosed Jordan with a psych-med-induced neurological injury that has been causing a condition called akathisia — an extreme, uncontrollable restlessness that Mikhaila described as “the worst thing I have ever seen anyone go through.” He is currently recovering at home under medical care. There is reason for hope — but he still has a long road ahead.
Mikhaila has asked that people keep the family in their prayers and said she will not be giving further updates until things improve.
I had the privilege of spending over 3 hours in conversation with Jordan last year where we talked about the afterlife and much more. Here is an excerpt from that…
The Founding Fathers prayed all the time. They opened meetings with prayer. They prayed that God would interceed on their behalf. (This idea that they were all Deists is such a lie. Deists believe that a creator made us and was then hands off, without care for individuals. That would make prayer useless). I digress. The point is, these heroes of history prayed, a lot. It seems to me that we need more of that, and that if it feels cheesy and overly emotional, maybe we are just looking at it through our modern, secular lens.
"Real-time ultrasound (used in ~70% of D&Es) routinely shows fetal cardiac motion immediately before and during initial grasping, ceasing only as dismemberment progresses." 2nd Trimester.
Think about that.

I freely admit that I was pro-choice until I realized we're not talking about a clump of cells.
Now I can't believe this is legal.

It is not ‘hate’ to speak the truth.
It is not ‘hate’ to defend the rights of women and girls.
It is not ‘hate’ to be deeply worried about an unevidenced medical experiment on minors.
Rationality goes out of the window when you pretend men can be women.
I don't know the deep background on Charlie Kirk, TPUSA, donors, and Israel, but I know this: the way this is being aired out in public while the Kirk family and TPUSA leadership/staff SHOULD BE ABLE TO GRIEVE AND REBUILD IN PEACE is disrespectful, selfish, and utterly shameful.
This. This this this! If I have shared one thing that I think says what I have wanted to say and have been trying to say, it's here. @MikeWingerii just says it better.
Sometimes people who say, “I am just asking questions,” are actually making unfounded speculations.
We should ask questions and we should not make unfounded speculations. But it’s silly to pretend that when we ask specific kinds of questions in particular ways, especially when they involve one sided implications, that we are not actually making a case without evidence.
Right there in church, telling everyone to ignore calls for death on children...but why are we surprised? Same Speaker that thinks it's ok to kill babies in the womb through all 9 months of pregnancy and to chemically castrate gender confused 10 year olds...what kind of "church" is this?
