@nytimes It’s gotta be tough being a Russian soldier fighting for a guy at a big, goofy table against a guy fighting WITH his people, all while knowing that if they told Putin to go fuck himself, the whole world would love them for it. I do not envy them. #Ukraine#GoFuckYourselfPutin
@breakfastclubam@angelayee Ppl do not need advice, often they want it bc it’s easier (ie “give a person a fish”). At least consider a licensed counselor/therapist if you’re willing to do the work. Seeking easy answers (800 #s) might be part of your relationship issues. *soapbox dismount*
@VernonTWaldrip Each substitution: “my gawd! That’s Dennis Rodman’s music! Business is about to pick up!” (Somebody call Jim Ross, he’s obviously the lynchpin of this endeavor; he can get anything over).
@VernonTWaldrip I think it would be even better that way. Imagine the heroics you could pre-script in a basketball game! Each would be like a sports movie... but with clotheslines and powerbombs. So, basically like playing the ‘89 Pistons but the violence is consensual.
@laurenboebert I think this only makes sense thru the “corporations are people” lens - like, corporate marketing campaigns of a product and personal speech patterns are the same thing. Also, “where will they draw the line?!” - then gives example of where we draw a line. 🙄
