Stick with me… make life harder on yourself now by setting a goal that pushes you. (A) Feel as if you’ve already accomplished it. Then (B) work towards it. Repeat A & B until you reach your goal. It’s hard to do. Very effing hard. Harder than you’ve got it now because not only do you have the issues you are already dealing with, now you have to make the decision to consciously change those issues for something better and stick to it. All of that at once ain’t easy. But it’s simple. When you accomplish that goal and set another, you will accept the next goal-based-hard-time as a simple part of the process.
