In The Shabad of Bliss, “Anand Sahib”, it says the fortunate ones have the vibrations of the Shabad (think gospel) fill their homes.

My children are constantly singing Shabad, in Punjabi, without compulsion throughout the day. It is particularly astonishing to me, because my family only speaks English. My house is filled with God given good energy. My Sikh homeschool is blossoming 🌸. It was not always this way. #Vaheguru

Not too long ago, I was living a life in accordance with my own intellect and ambition. I pursued degrees, money, a beautiful wife, started a family, chased the American dream. Born into poverty, I was certain nothing would make me happier. Somehow, I still felt discontent, empty, even. It was not until the pandemic and lockdowns of 2020 that my illusions (delusions?) were irreversibly shattered. I quickly learned that everything I held sacred at the time (science journals and the critical appraisal of peer review, medicine & nursing, the protections of our freedom
guaranteed by the Constitution, the rat race we call life) was not everlasting.

Evidence based practice and compassionate care vaporized faster than you can count back from 10. Fear, took over, and so did the silver tongued demagogues. The brave few dissidents, upholding their Hippocratic oaths,were silenced into silos. The truth was obscured in the turmoil of social upheaval. The descent into dystopia divided the denizens of our once united country, and continues to.

I was growing a fashionable box beard at the time. The type adorned by a Brooklyn bartender at a boutique bar. I had spent the summer of the Delta wave as an Intensivist CRNA, since there was not a physician available for the intensive care unit. So many unknowns raced through my mind: am I a good enough? What are the short and long term effects of exposure to COVID/the new Delta wave? What is the efficacy of the vaccine? Will masking up help with a beard?

By the end of the Delta wave, my hair and beard had both grown, since the barbers closed up shop. If it looked like I was trapped in a game of Jumanji, its because I was. #WhatYearIsIt?

I have come to few conclusions from this experience. I share them with you in hopes of uniting and healing. #MAHA

1) Those who say COVID was “just a cold” and those who say it was a dangerous killer.

Both assumptions are simultaneously true depending on what risk factors you had: obesity, high blood pressure, old age, diabetic, African American descent. Have appreciations for both perspectives. The vast majority of the population was not at risk of death.

2) It is precisely these risk factors that suggest it was a vasculopathy first, pneumonia second.

3) The vaccine, if nothing else, gave people hope. That counts for something. On the flip side, the cost of the hope was an under studied side effect profile. The vaccine injured deserve sympathy and support. Those who wish to have the vaccine should be free to do so. Although it should never be mandated, because all we did was create a new, Jim Crow style medical caste system.

4) Unequivocally, the vaccine did not do anything to prevent transmission and the protection was temporary, hence the boosters.

While being faced with the unknown, surrounded by chaos and death, I found peace. Peace in acceptance of what is. For the first time, I was operating according to the natural order of how things are at any given moment #Hukkam. No longer did I wish for something better or worse, I relished the situation I was in. I embraced my natural appearance with unshorn hair. After all, we are made in His image. In realizing this, I learned what truth is. It is not transient, hateful, or fearful. It is:

The Federal Reserve should not exist. Not only is it unconstitutional, it's incredibly immoral.

The Fed also strives to do the impossible -- successfully plan the economy by price fixing interest rates and counterfeiting currency.

The entire goal is a fool's errand, and it doesn't matter how "educated" or "qualified," those who are employed at the Fed are. No human being is educated enough or qualified to do the impossible.

And so, the whole house of cards, known as the Federal Reserve, must ultimately fall. And they're well on their way to succeeding at that.

U.S. Congress passed the Epstein Files Transparency Act. A federal judge ordered the U.S. Department of Justice to produce the unredacted documents. The DOJ has refused to hand over Epstein files after a judge's order. The deadline was July 2, 2026.

We called on the U.S. Department of Justice to hand over the full Epstein files to the UN Special Rapporteurs and UN independent committees for investigations, as this is an international case of crimes against humanity. But the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, the UN's top human rights official didn't even care to open an investigation or listen to our call for the DoJ, nor utter a single word regarding the largest human trafficking network in modern history.

Epstein pedophiles are investigating Epstein files. We wonder why nobody arrested. Jeffery Epstein has every major politicians and billionaires on video doing something terrible to a child or to multiple people.

THOUSANDS have been arrested for criticizing Zionism. THOUSANDS have been arrested for social media posts. ZERO have been arrested for raping children.

The Epstein files is never really about just a "list." It is about children raped by powerful men, and a system that let them get away with it.

The bottom line here is the world system has become so corrupt that the time has come I think to clean the crap out of the stables and start over.

The Epstein files is about protecting children. There's no greater cause. If people can't unite over children being raped and abused there's no hope for humanity.
