This is public water wastage caused by YOUR contractor's negligence. We demand:
✔ Inspection during active supply hours
✔ Proper repair at BWSSB's cost
✔ Action against the contractor

BWSSB forced us to replace a perfectly functional water meter. Your installation team's shabby workmanship caused a continuous leak at the meter point.
We complained. Your team visited TWICE —
both times when supply was off, despite our repeated request to come during active supply hours. We even bought repair materials ourselves. LEAK PERSISTS.
Now BWSSB is not responding at all, hiding behind "we visited twice."
straydogs tear open the garbage covers, creating further inconvenience and unhygienic conditions for residents.
I have uploaded two photos for your reference, which clearly depict the current state of the area.@BBMPCOMM@bbmpcommr
@bbmpcommr, @BBMPCOMM The pourakarmika assigned to our area sweeps the street but leaves the collected waste near my house. Unfortunately, the auto responsible for picking up the waste does not come regularly, leading to the accumulation of waste.
2. Public Nuisance: As the waste remains unattended, people have started dumping their garbage at the same spot, exacerbating the problem
3. Health Hazard: The piled-up waste has become a breeding ground for insects and a gathering spot for stray dogs @BBMPCOMM
