This is bullshit. Real support doesn’t tell users to fix withdrawals on external DApps while the exchange is dying. This is either incompetence or a coordinated scam.I’ve completed KYC. Just cancel the stuck order and send my damn funds internally.

Stop wasting time with fake solutions.If you’re a BitMart user — beware. Only use the in-app helpdesk and screenshot everything. Do NOT connect your wallet to any “fix” portal.
