I wasn’t denying that familicide is disproportionately committed by White men; I was responding to the statement, “This is a problem with them.” If racial disparities justify labeling White people collectively as “the problem,” then you must accept the same reasoning when federal data show Black offenders are represented in homicide and violent-crime statistics. You can’t generalize about one race and then call comparable data about another race “deflection.”

We apply the same standard consistently. That was my counterpoint.
