@HK11_7_YT It's a Minecraft client issue with skin loading that started happening in a recent client update. We're aware and looking into potential workarounds; but they're hard to test as there's no easy way to make it happen. Happens more on lower spec devices.

Whilst we can't publicly go in detail about every punishment, players are able to appeal and their case will be handled by someone other than the punishment issuer.

@GuidesJames In the case of the ban you're referring to, the player partied with an functionally AFK alt, and scored repeatedly to win, for a large number of consecutive games.

We require verifiable evidence for issued punishments. The evidence in this case is extensive and clear.

@ShorkieGames Our main goal with Cross-Region Matchmaking is avoiding having to vault any games at all! The initial games for this matchmaking were purely picked based on their current player counts and don't indicate any plans to vault them.
