Focus on a beautiful one-off rebinding of Raymond Benson's The Hook and the Eye created by @PMKane_19, a US based photographer. ​

'Seeing Benson return to Fleming’s original timeline and capture the voice, atmosphere, and spirit of those classic novels felt like rediscovering a lost chapter from Bond’s literary adventures. Man's best friend?​

Today we're celebrating #InternationalDogDay with a look at Ian Fleming's pets at his Jamaican home Goldeneye.​

Contrary to opinion, Fleming came to enjoy the company of dogs. He had an incident with a beagle when he was just six. ‘He never liked dogs after that’ said his older brother Peter. Yet years later in Jamaica, the residents of Goldeneye included 'a pack of mongrels' named Fox, Charles, Himmler and Satan. Fleming went on to write to his wife Ann ‘I never expected to own a dog. All sorts of new things are happening to me’. ​
