@nationalrailenq your live departure site looks to be using it's pre production certificate still. Met rightly by a cert warning page at redirect. Your cert used for that page doesn't match.
@VodafoneUK Would be handy if someone actually advised that before asking me to make contact. The options now not working. What would be easier, is if Vodafone just properly enabled WiFi calling for me. It must be the SIM or your side as worked before and the phone you gave me is supported??
@VodafoneUK I just got a new Samsung S22 from you. Now, I don't have WiFi calling even though I did previously with this SIM. It's enabled on my account, the phone is on the supported list and up-to-date. Yet still, not even an option to turn it on. Please fix it!!!
@VodafoneUK So, still no further on here @vodafone. Your Dam's have an automated chatbot linked to them and so when I send as asked I get an automated can't help back. Please sort my SIM so that WiFi calling can be enabled on the phone you support and sold me. I'm missing calls & txts
@VodafoneUK Thanks, Aria. I've gone through all the support guides already. The option to turn WiFi calling on isn't there. I've reset network settings, removed and replaced SIM etc. Nothing I can do to enable, must be a setting your side. Thanks. I'll send the details now.
@virginmedia I tried that. The number on my picture gave me option to cancel or renew both options cut me off. The chat team have been perminatly unavailable and the upgrade numbers ivr also doesn't give options for this. Just to add or cancel. Can someone please DM me so I can send details
@TheIanMac Hi Ian, I am sorry to hear of the issues you are having with that. Please if you have the chance, can you contact a member of the Customer Care Team, if you advise them of the problems you are having through that site they should be able to get that arranged for you. CD
