I’m lucky that cetirizine 10mg usually works for my histamine flares, but I don’t avoid any food cause that’s what we live for anyway.

But the time histamine is on my chest and respiratory, cetirizine doesn’t much help and I have to live with that breath difficulty.

I’m proud of my 60% of life rule cause the more we dig the more we know above that isn’t possibility for any of us.

I come from a fairly different part of the world and I’m just 21 even with different gender but these things we have in common do exist in even other animals as well.
