@BasildonCouncil please can you take a look at parking machines in main Wickford car park. 1 doesn’t work at all (top left by Adrian’s Alley), 1 takes ages to register a card (doesn’t accept cash) & then prints void ticket (top right) leaving only 1 working machine

@TheO2 what’s your plan to reduce single use plastic? Can’t take food/drink into arena so have to buy water in single use plastic bottles for £3 each - price & use of plastic disgraceful. Water fountains with paper cups or where customers can fill own reusable bottles?

@Barclays either sort your machines out so we can do what we need to on them or get more counter staff. 2 members of staff walking round with nothing to do and a huge long queue for the counter with 1 staff member. 30 minute wait. RIDICULOUS!
