A Green Party Peer has tabled a Fatal Motion to kill off some underhanded Suella Braverman shenanigans. Whilst Keir Starmer opts for a motion of regret, little more than a complaint, Green Peer Jenny Jones is taken the proverbial nuclear option. Braverman wants to sneak through via secondary decree a piece of her anti-protest Public Order Bill that the Lords voted down and successfully removed. What Braverman is attempting to do is no less than overturning a parliamentary vote and all because she doesn't think her bill is tough enough.
