@Nordstrom I will no longer shop with you while you use Ontrac for delivery- you can do better. Thanks for making me jump thru hoops to find my packages that always go to neighbors or not delivered at all. You are only as good as the entire experience and #ontrac has ruined it

@MazdaUSA Hey did this a week ago and heard from nobody. Called customer service too. Phone says customer satisfaction is top priority. Yet have not heard from you.

@WarbyParker prescriptions in the state of Maryland don’t expire every 2 years. Forcing me to get new one only forces me to your competitor who is honoring the valid prescription.
