@shelbystardust Black kids do deserve to grow up safe, which is why most of my family (and extended family.) Moved from the ghetto. Prisons are actually used as a means of slavery, but that isn't why they were created. And it's not American, the world is racist, always has been.

@JeffreyLuscombe Im watching a bunch of jack asses saying stupid shit sooo ill break this down. The US does have a rail system, quiet a extensive one. To build a Bullet Train system in the US from scratch, it would be about 4+ trillion dollars. Upgrading the old railroads would be about 800 bill.
