@Roblox, my 10-year-old son's account, built over many years with thousands of dollars in purchases, was permanently banned because of a mistake by our credit card company.
During a dispute, the card company charged back the wrong transactions. We never intended to dispute any Roblox purchases. When we contacted your support team to explain, we got a form reply: the account is permanently suspended due to "a chargeback." No review, no chance to fix it.
We're ready to make this right, including paying any amount that was charged back in error. What we can't accept is a child losing years of legitimate purchases over a banking error that had nothing to do with him.
We'd much rather settle this directly than escalate it. Please DM me so we can get his account reviewed by a real person. If we can't reach someone, we'll pursue every option available to us including legal routes.
You have 24 hours to respond to this before we reach out to our attorneys.

@SwatchUS This is absolute nonsense. After spending over an hour just to get access to this and 45 min on the test, how come I didnโt get s confirmation nor a denial or acceptance email? This isnโt right or fair
@SwatchUS absolutely floored that I spent an hour trying to EVEN get on the ESTA, and when I finally do, spend over an hour working through it ONLY to not get a confirmation, a rejection or an acceptance! Not acceptable guys. At all. What a waste of my time
