I’m building PurposeLens, learning leadership, communication, purpose & growth—and becoming a Product Designer.
I’m not here to pretend I have it all figured out. I’m documenting what I learn, build, get wrong, and become.
If you’re becoming too, you’re welcome here.#BecomingMe
I started this challenge thinking I was building a posting habit.
I didn’t realise I was building something deeper.
The posts will disappear into the timeline. The lessons will stay with me.
30 days later, I’m still becoming.
#Thoughts#GrowthMindset
I didn’t do these 30 days perfectly.
I missed days. I got tired. I lost momentum.
But I kept coming back.
And somewhere along the way, I became someone I can trust to keep showing up.
What has consistency taught you?
#Thoughts#Growth
30 days ago, I just wanted to prove I could show up.
Today, I’m grateful for everything these days taught me about growth, purpose, communication, learning—and myself.
The real win was becoming.
#Thoughts#Growth
I’m learning that people don’t always need you to fix something.
Sometimes, they just need to know they were heard.
When was the last time you truly listened to someone?
#Thoughts#Communication
One thing I’m learning about people: there’s usually more beneath the surface.
Sometimes behaviour is communicating something words never will.
Are we listening deeply enough?
#Thoughts#Communication
I’m learning that your intention doesn’t automatically become someone else’s understanding.
You may know what you meant.
They only know what you communicated.
How often do we forget that?
#Thoughts#Communication
I thought I was doing a 30-day challenge to build consistency.
I didn’t realise I was learning to trust myself to keep showing up.
Maybe that’s the real win.
#Thoughts#Learning
The more I reflect on this journey, the more I realise the biggest reward isn’t the outcome.
It’s who I’m becoming while pursuing it.
Who are you becoming?
#Thoughts#Learning
My biggest lesson so far?
I thought consistency meant never falling off.
Now I’m learning that sometimes, consistency is simply having the courage to come back.
What keeps you coming back?
#Thoughts#Learning
The biggest lesson I’m taking from this journey:
The real reward isn’t what you accomplish.
It’s who you become while refusing to quit.
#Thoughts#Learning
Day 27 of my 30-day X journey.
Today, I decided to do something different.
Instead of just posting a thought, I put three of the things I’ve been discovering about becoming into one place.
Still learning. Still becoming.
Which one speaks to you most?
#Thoughts#Purpose
Some of the most important progress in your life may never be visible to anyone else.
A better mindset. A harder decision. One more attempt.
Keep going.
#Thoughts#Growth
Maybe progress isn't always becoming more.
Sometimes, it's becoming less of what you know you shouldn't be.
What are you slowly outgrowing?
#Thoughts#Growth
Your heart can be willing, but your pocket may not be ready.
Take your financial life seriously. Build capacity before the moment comes when you need it.
Are you preparing financially for the man you want to become?
Sometimes silence isn't the absence of communication.
It's communication without words.
What you don't say can reveal as much as what you do.
@Codie_Sanchez#Thoughts#Communication
Sometimes, the wisest response is a pause.
Not because you have nothing to say, but because not everything you feel needs to become words.
Learn when to speak. Learn when to be silent.
