So I went to go look at the growing Tulare Lake today - it was absolutely incredible to see. I will keep checking and reporting back on this thread. 10th and Whitley. The water was moving very swiftly.

@PHLAirport is hands down the worst airport in the country. Flown through here now 6 times and never once has @TSA been even cordial, always horrifically rude, ruined my personal property twice, took items that all other airports allow. I’ll never visit or fly through here again

If I had to start from scratch tomorrow, I’d focus on this:

1. Outserve everyone
Help people before they ask. Give more than you take.
That’s how trust is built.

2. Document your process
People follow consistency. Share what you're doing — not just the results.

3. Automate where your energy drains
If it’s repeatable, systemize it. Use your energy for growth, not admin.

4. Surround yourself with winners
You rise (or fall) with the people around you.
Choose builders, not complainers.

5. Be the steady hand
Work hard, stay grounded, keep your word.
People follow stability.

It’s not about being perfect.
It’s about being committed.
