Here she is! We were able to welcome Miss America, Abbie Stockard back to Hoover today. Such a great time catching up.

Congratulations to Miss Hoover/Miss Alabama now Miss America, Abbie Stockard!! 👑 And also, Ali Mims, who was Miss Hoover’s Teen then Miss Alabama’s Teen. She came in first runner-up in Miss America’s Teen. So proud of these young ladies!! 👏

Today, the City of Hoover held our annual 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony & Stair Climb.

After the ceremony, approx 100 people— firefighters, police officers, & a few civilians—climbed 110 flights of stairs in honor of those heroes who lost their lives.

Great press conference today announcing that the @SEC Baseball Tournament will stay here in the @CityofHoover for at least another 4 years plus 2 additional 1 years. Thank you, @tom_hart for emceeing! Great to see you!

We broke the @SEC Baseball Tournament attendance record again this year!! 180,004 fans came through the gates of the Hoover Met Stadium- which is 8,700 more than the record we broke last year (171,288)!!!

The @CityofHoover’s hospitality is top notch!
