This wasn’t “following the science.” This was following the money — and it killed people.

After three fucking years of litigation, in a 24-page ruling, the Texas Fifth Court of Appeals ruled that the Texas Bar miserably failed to prove Sidney Powell acted with “dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation” in the four lawsuits she filed against the overthrow of the United States government on Nov 3, 2020.

The court highlighted serious deficiencies in the Bar’s filings—even catching the Bar lying.

A: “By its own admission, the Bar misidentified or failed to include multiple exhibits it claims to have relied on in its Second Amended Response.”

B: “The deficiencies go far beyond mislabeling exhibits.”

C: “The Bar not only failed to cite to or argue about any additional documents—the documents are not mentioned at all.”

CONFIRM: Barack Obama’s deadline—November 8, 2016—for the overthrow of the U.S. government.

A high-ranking State Department official’s memo, unearthed through open-records litigation by the conservative group Citizens United.

If ever there were an admission that would obliterate Barack Obama’s secret warrant to surveil Donald Trump’s campaign, it sat buried for years in the files of a high-ranking State Department official.

Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Kathleen Kavalec’s written account of her October 11, 2016, meeting with FBI informant Christopher Steele shows that the Hillary Clinton campaign-funded British intelligence operative admitted that his research was political and subject to an Election Day deadline.

That confession occurred 10 days before the FBI used Steele’s now-discredited dossier to justify securing a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrant to surveil former Trump campaign adviser Carter Page and investigate the campaign’s ties to Russia.

Steele’s client (Hillary Clinton) “is keen to see this information come to light prior to November 8,” the date of the 2016 election, Kavalec wrote in a typed summary of her meeting with Steele and Tatyana Duran, a colleague from Steele’s Orbis Security firm.

Chris Wray—the FBI-released, unredacted portions of Kavalec’s memo show that she emailed two days after meeting Steele: “You may already have this information but wanted to pass it on just in case.” Recipient names, the subject line, and attachments were redacted under the National Security Act.

The visible sentences indicate that officials knew Steele’s motives were political, noting: “Orbis undertook the investigation into the Russia/Trump connection at the behest of an institution he declined to identify that had been hacked” (DNC).

In other words, the FBI under Director Christopher Wray classified the document as “secret,” and even worse, added this hopeful note: “Declassify on 12/31/2041.” That would be 25 f**king years after the 2016 election.

These notes provide written evidence that the Obama administration knew of Barack Obama’s motive and the Election Day deadline before the FBI obtained a FISA warrant to overthrow the United States government.

HUGE fraud update!! Illinois Democrat State Rep. Carol Ammons and her family were just slammed with federal fraud charges!

Her daughter Titianna Ammons was already indicted in June for allegedly collecting COVID unemployment benefits while working multiple jobs including as an elected Champaign County Board member.

Now Carol Ammons faces wire fraud and false statement charges for allegedly directing state grants to nonprofits that paid her daughter and netting the family more than $100,000.

Her campaign fund was allegedly used for personal payments to family members with some people receiving inflated amounts and kicking cash back to her.

Her husband Aaron Ammons the Champaign County Clerk was charged with obstruction for allegedly telling witnesses to muddy the waters and use code words about the investigation.

Carol Ammons says she did nothing wrong and refuses to step down even though she is unopposed for re-election in a race her husband oversees.
