So disappointed. Got a gift card for changing my internet with @verizonfios and used it on the website for @Verizon for some earbuds…they cancelled my order and won’t refund my $200 gc! OVER 5 HRS on the phone & they close my investigation?! #itstheprinciple #ad #SuperBowl
