It would not make sense to cater to the 10, it would never make sense. They are the exception, and special circumstances would apply to them. They help themselves or go where they can be helped.

There are actually black people that speak Afrikaans. There is this small community in the western Cape that is not white and also majority Afrikaans.

But then Afrikaans people said, okay, you do what is best for South Africa, I will take my own money and manage myself.
