A little BODY SHOP mini teaser.
Seedance 2.0 + 2.5, building every shot individually, then editing, sound, and grading.
Still early, not perfect, but having a lot of fun with this one.

@acuce29@suno Thanks! The firelight reflecting across the wet environment was definitely one of those little details I wanted to carry through the sequence. Working on the first Episode now - Official page https://t.co/oMfu04bkXn

When you build your own tools, you naturally become the super user. But the real test is putting them in the hands of other people and seeing how they actually use them.
Some of those experiments end up becoming free tools, like https://t.co/U16j0xjcsW
If you want a simple sketch tool directly in your browser, give it a try, let me know what you think?

I cancelled Photoshop and built a simple painting tool for myself in the browser, which started as a personal project. I wanted a fast, browser based space for sketching and visual development without opening a heavy production app every time, while also saving myself the subscription fee.
Peinto supports pressure sensitive drawing, layers, import your custom Photoshop brushes, pencil and ink tools, smudge, fill, image import, and the essentials I need for quick concept work and storyboarding.
I designed and developed it from the ground up as part of my ongoing exploration into creative technology, full stack development, and building tools around the way I actually work.
You can try it here for free:

I am thinking about releasing MorphCut, a browser-based motion design and video effects tool Iโve been building, as freemium soon.
I usually only show the output, but figured I should start showing more of what Iโm actually building behind it too, and answer questions. Still a work in progress, but itโs ready for more people to start testing it.
Thinking about opening up the freemium version soon. https://t.co/4T0mSibqQh

With AI, speed is both an advantage and a disadvantage for me. We can ideate so fast now that itโs easy to get distracted by something cool and start following it in a completely different direction.
Iโm trying to get better at letting go of cool ideas and generations faster, even when I really like them. I actually love the composition here on this image, but mixing the koi fish with this character just didnโt quite work for me. I liked the image, just not enough to keep following the idea.
Anyone else relate?

Some unused character explorations from experiment #01 โ Sink or Swim
went through quite a few directions before trying to figure out the character using my own app Atmolab. My mistake was not planning, rushing the outfit/look first and just generating generic stuff. These didnโt make the cut, but I still like pieces of them.
Which one would you have kept?

@leohuynh139 Absolutely ๐ The ugly ones are half the fun. I wasnโt too sure about these two, especially the faces, but the style is kind of cool and interesting with all the koi fish.
Trying something different here. Iโm going to share more of the process instead of only posting finished work, including what works and what completely fails. Curious to see where this goes. https://t.co/yk5mTkALnZ
Experiment #01 โ Sink or Swim
Trying something new. Iโm going to document the good, the bad and the completely broken generations as I develop this character and visual style.
I started with a cinematic AI frame in @midjourney and pushed it toward something between photography and old-school comic art. I personally love the contrast and some of the comic book influenced elements that helped the images pop even more.
My workflow latelyโ one first frame, animated with MiniMax H3 and Seedance 2.5. H3 is cheap to test with and nails the stylized look.
Then it all runs through MorphCut, the browser video effects app I just built. Tracking and motion graphics, all local.
