This weekend, our family experienced an unimaginable tragedy. My brother-in-law, Fed, passed away unexpectedly, leaving behind my sister and their three amazing boys.
There are no words to describe the heartbreak of losing a husband, a partner, and a father so suddenly. In the midst of trying to process this devastating loss, my sister is now facing the overwhelming reality of navigating life as a solo parent and a single-income household, all while helping her boys cope with the loss of their dad.
No family should have to face this kind of heartbreak, and no one should have to worry about how they will manage financially while trying to put the pieces of their lives back together.
We are asking for your help in supporting my sister and her boys during this incredibly painful and uncertain time. Any donation, no matter the amount, will help ease some of the financial burden and allow them the time and space they need to grieve, heal, and begin navigating this new reality.
If you are unable to donate, sharing this fundraiser and keeping our family in your thoughts means more than you know.
Thank you for showing up for my sister and my nephews when they need it most. Our family is heartbroken, but we are so grateful for the love and support surrounding them during this unimaginable time.

@IndianaFever You are not protecting your player or treating her as a priority if you’re negating her REAL experience with YOUR hateful fan base. Sell out for ticket sales. Smdh
@SOULbeautifulme@_Breezy_Briii You can’t be serious. They don’t have to show you anything. They need to show the organization and the WNBA. DO NOT try to dismiss their experience. Racism is real on and off this app.
@IndianaFever Run @Kelz_Hoop RUN! The Fever organization has ZERO interest in believing your negative experience with racist Indy fans & will not protect you. They will continue to turn a blind eye & be complacent with the racism.
@IndianaFever You know what’s not fair? Blatant racism towards YOUR team’s black players & all black players in the WNBA. Indiana is known to be racist allegedly. To say the fan base is being attacked is you making sure tickets sell & a sign of solidarity with said racism. Shame on you.
