I keep thinking about one thing when I look at the agent economy**: Who is securing the money?**
Because eventually, as agents are now dealing with funds, assets and making decisions I don’t think the answer should be “just trust the infrastructure.”
If an agent is going to control your money while you’re asleep, I’d rather have that activity sitting on infrastructure backed by something that has already spent years proving itself.
Bitcoin is that backer agents need when it comes to security.
Bitcoin doesn’t need an introduction to the financial world. It has already shown what it means to have an open network where value can move without relying on one central party.
Now imagine bringing that security underneath an economy where software agents are the ones doing the work and moving the value.
That is why @GOATNetwork direction around the agent economy remains one of the best as It’s not just about making agents smarter.
It’s about giving them a secure place to operate.
Because when agents start handling serious money, the foundation underneath them will matter just as much as the intelligence on top.
BlackRock recently released a report about what it calls the “Machine-Native Economy.”
They raised several concerns regarding the emerging agent economy one of which is that AI agents will not just serve as assistants anymore, They will also be able to buy things, use services, pay for data, APIs and compute, and complete tasks on their own.
But most payment systems today were built for humans and agents may need to make millions or thousands of small payments, all day and without waiting for a human to approve each one.
Stablecoins and systems like x402 can allow AI agents to pay each other and pay for services automatically. This is being implemented already by several projects like @GOATNetwork
GOAT is working on agent payments, x402, agent identity and onchain actions through things like AgentKit and GOAT Flow, while using Bitcoin-secured infrastructure.
We are still very early, but I think the connection between AI agents and crypto is becoming much clearer.
AI gives the agents the ability to act.
Crypto gives them a way to pay.
Yesterday at KBW2026 Day 1, the @GOATNetwork booth saw some serious activity.
Over 300 people visited the booth, and around 200 of them made purchases using a GOAT AI agent. You can see that Goat agents actually do real work
It’s seeing an AI agent actually move from “I can help you” to “I can do it for you.”
I mentioned this before that GOAT Network has built a gift-card marketplace where users can purchase gift cards from supported brands using USDT or USDC, with the payment flow powered by x402 and GOAT AgentKit. Supported merchants include names like Amazon, Apple, Starbucks, Uber, Uber Eats, DoorDash, Airbnb and Walmart.
What’s even more impressiveabout this is that the agents can handle the actual purchase flow.
You give it the request → it checks the available gift card → prepares the order → shows you the details for confirmation → executes the payment → and tracks the fulfillment until the gift card is delivered.
Gift card purchases are just the beginning of what GOAT is bringing to the agentic space, with time all our online shopping and purchases will be handled by these agents.
That’s the direction GOAT Network is pushing with its agent infrastructure.
And honestly, this is one of the GOAT use cases I’ll be watching closely.
Yesterday we minted an nft by writing a thesis on FOMO

How many of you remember stablejack?
OGs from the goat community will surely do 🤭
@StableJack_xyz has become the first integration for GOAT Flow, and the way it works is pretty simple.
StableJack has now pivoted to AI too and is an AI investment copilot that gives investors and AI agents access to market data across stocks, crypto, forex, commodities and indices.
Now, 96 of its market data endpoints are payable through GOAT Flow.
An AI agent can request the data, get the payment terms, send 0.5 USDC from its own wallet, and receive the data once GOAT Flow verifies the payment onchain.
StableJack is selling information through an API, and agents can now pay for that information themselves.
The payment goes directly to StableJack, while GOAT Flow verifies the transaction and creates a signed receipt before the data is released.
They’ve been partners with @GOATNetwork during their DeFi era and are now being the first to utilize GOAT’s latest product.
The GOAT team is really building everything needed for a seamless Agentic interaction and I’ll love to see more projects come onboard.
You can tag any project you think need goat flow in comments and who knows, they might join the moving train.
Incoming collabs. Deploying soon.
Are your troops battle-ready?
Guaranteed access is waiting in the Goblinverse.
