@KiaInd having the worst car buying experience so far. We contacted Simha Kia located in Guntur/mangalgiri regarding the purchase of the new Kia seltos. We were particularly looking for the HTK(o)IVt petrol variant. They said they have two cancelled inventory of the same variant

They said that do not have the one we asked and it was a miscommunication on their part. We have been going to their showroom for the past 4 days and they say this at the last minute of purchase trying to push us to buy the HTX version. This is unacceptable and unprofessional

They said that the cars are in transport and will arrive by Tuesday. They made us go back and forth for the cars and pushed us to pay the booking or holding fee even before seeing the car which we did and now they are saying that they got confused and only have a diesel variant.
