DELTA NORTH TOUR ENDS IN MASSIVE SHOW OF ENTHUSIASM AS IYOVWAYE, OCHEI, OTHERS PROMISE TO RESET DELTA

Oshimili North shines as one of the most organised NDC structures, with an impressive LGA secretariat

ASABA, DELTA STATE — The Anioma region was agog with excitement as the NDC Delta North Senatorial District successfully concluded its preparatory tour of the nine Local Government Areas, recording enthusiastic participation from party leaders, candidates, members, support groups and stakeholders.

From Ndokwa East to Ndokwa West, Ukwuani, Ika North East, Ika South, Aniocha North, Aniocha South, Oshimili North and Oshimili South, the tour provided a platform for interaction, mobilisation and renewed commitment towards the forthcoming campaign.

The reception across the nine LGAs was marked by joy, enthusiasm and a strong display of party solidarity, with candidates, members and support groups expressing their readiness to work tirelessly for the growth of the NDC and the success of its candidates.

A major highlight was Oshimili North, whose impressive organisation, mobilisation and presentation of its LGA secretariat stood out during the tour, demonstrating a strong sense of structure and preparedness.

A PROMISE TO RESET DELTA STATE

A major message that resonated throughout the tour was the commitment by His Excellency, Deacon Chris Iyovwaye, Rt. Hon. Victor Ochei and other NDC candidates to pursue a new development direction for Delta State.

The candidates pledged to reset Delta State and position it as an industrial hub, with emphasis on economic development, job creation, investment and critical infrastructure.

They also highlighted the need for adequate security, improved healthcare facilities and other essential infrastructure across the state, with the stated objective of creating an environment where businesses can thrive and citizens can enjoy improved public services.

The tour also witnessed the presence and support of prominent NDC leaders and stakeholders, including Chief Omelora Okonji, Hon. Hillary Nwaukor, Chief Stevenson Igbade, Chief Ben Igumbor, Chief Obuseh, Hon. Andrew Azikiwe, and numerous other leaders and stakeholders across Anioma.

The Delta North Senatorial District leadership appreciates all candidates, party executives, ward leaders, members, support groups and stakeholders who contributed to the success of the tour.
