@Lvl100torchic@KazakuTenka It's the plush size, plus import fee's of being handled between both regional carriers on top of the unfortunate tariff fees for American buyers which also adds to the shipping. Weight is also a factor but since the plush itself is only 5lb it shouldn't add too much to the cost
@interesting_aIl It still has apps like Uber, and various messagener apps which is nice for that middle ground but 500$ still feels way too much for a crutch device
@UmariTomoe All depends, sometimes its just someone they feel they can relate toward or just made them feel comfortable during a difficult time in a non parasocial way. it's like a secret sauce that doesn't really have an ingredient but they will suddenly know it when they see or hear it
@CookingUpMath@Dexerto The idea is to provide alternative solutions to discontinued games like player hosted servers or an offline mode to allow single player to still exist. People are tired of paying for games only to have it forcefully removed or deemed unplayable later due to live service
@FallenAngels027@no1gohfan Disney reacquired western airing rights so it will be back on both tv and streaming for american audiences. In the long run this will be a much better alternative if they successfully get every single episode on the same platform and get the dub back on a weekly schedule
